Backend AI Engineer

What you'll do

• Develop agent runtime components, data-generation and quality-measurement pipelines, and vector search and ranking infrastructure.
• Build web data acquisition systems, model hosting, customer-facing service endpoints, and internal platform tools.
• Perform security assessments and identify potential vulnerabilities.

What they ask for

• Hands-on experience with similarity search and indexing systems for image, video, or other creative content.
• Proven record of shipping AI-centered products, such as agents or model hosting, at a company with demanding engineering standards.
• Experience building pipelines that produce, gather, or label model-training datasets.
• Strong Python skills, cloud-platform experience, and continuous integration and delivery experience; degree in computer science or a related technical discipline; fluent English.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with large-scale web data collection or experience designing artificial-data and model-assessment pipelines.
• Experience at design software or data indexing companies, an early-stage startup, or public code contributions or self-driven AI projects.

Pay

USD 175,000 to 275,000 per year (base salary)
