Leads the launch and operation of employment-focused training initiatives, building hiring partnerships, supporting participants, documenting processes, and tracking outcomes.
What you'll do
- Take new initiatives from concept through their first participant cohort and own their outcomes.
- Build and maintain hiring-partner relationships, while working directly with participants to identify what supports employment.
- Document operating guides, create automations and dashboards, and report weekly on funnel metrics.

- Founder, consultant, or very early startup team-member background; experience launching an offering, business line, or market from scratch and owning results.
