Deployed Software Engineer

What you'll do

• Troubleshoot installed systems, review logs, and coordinate with colleagues at customer locations.
• Build device-to-cloud data infrastructure for annotation and model training; oversee annotation quality and evaluate trained models.
• Develop control software and customer-facing dashboards, and help install hardware and implement solutions.

What they ask for

• At least 2 years of experience in a deployment-focused, forward deployed, or broad software engineering role on autonomous or robotic systems.
• History of releasing software in higher-risk physical settings where people work nearby.
• Hands-on experience building data ingestion and cloud transfer pipelines, plus integrations for hardware-based products.
• High agency and comfort owning difficult problems end to end; willingness to help with some weekend workshop work.

Nice to have

• Background at an early-stage company or in robotics, heavy equipment, self-driving vehicles, or deployment-focused software.
• Strong academic background in a relevant technical field.

Pay

USD 190,000 to 250,000 per year (base salary)
