Leads customer implementations by translating operational goals into deployments, tailoring software and data workflows, and relaying client insights to product and engineering teams.
What you'll do
- Scope client trials and turn operational goals into technical deployment plans; ingest and prepare client data.
- Customize the product and build scripts or integrations, while working with end users to identify workflow gaps.
