Build and own customer-facing software and backend services, including reliable AI-driven automation, while working with customers to shape product requirements and the roadmap.
What you'll do
- Build end-to-end product features, including React interfaces, backend APIs, integrations, jobs and data pipelines.
- Develop and maintain frameworks and production evaluations for AI automation, including context, task coordination, state, human sign-off and recovery.
- Gather customer requirements, support customer-specific workflows and inform roadmap decisions using production feedback.
