About the job
Own the design and full-stack development of web applications, dashboards, and internal tools from concept through production.
What you'll do
- Build an external-facing web application and rebuild an existing data dashboard, owning UX, visual design, and implementation.
- Develop internal applications and front-end services that support operations, including permissions, automated email follow-ups, and vendor coordination.
- Partner with colleagues across teams to shape product experiences, make architectural choices, and improve systems as the business grows.

- Strong design sense demonstrated through a portfolio, personal site, or side project with thoughtful UX flows.
- Full-stack experience owning frontend and backend, with tools such as React and Python.
- Hands-on UI/UX design experience and ability to independently carry ideas through implementation across the stack.

Nice to have
- History of releasing polished products adopted and evaluated by everyday, non-technical users.
