About the job
Leads and grows a field engineering team responsible for installing and commissioning technology at customer production facilities, while improving rollouts and deployment services.
What you'll do
- Set team priorities, assign engineers, and recover stalled enterprise rollouts.
- Support pre-sale deployment discussions and expand deployments across customer sites.
- Recruit and coach engineers, review metrics and capacity, and bring field insights into product planning and service packaging.
What they ask for
- Proven experience installing technology on production floors and managing complex, multi-site or multinational rollouts.
- Experience building and managing a field engineering, professional services, or implementation group.
- Experience owning industrial automation projects from kickoff through go-live, involving controls, supervisory, operator interface, execution, and data historian systems.
- Background in industrial automation, robotics, or process manufacturing; strong customer focus and people skills; able to travel 25% to 50%, including internationally.
Nice to have
