Customize an AI-enabled legal software platform for existing customers by translating legal needs into workflows and developer specifications, and owning delivery quality.
What you'll do
- Lead customer onboarding and customization calls, then build tailored workflows and documents using AI tools.
- Translate lawyers’ requests into developer specifications and tickets; own delivery, testing, and quality.
- Turn recurring customization work into reusable, scalable processes.
