About the job
Advises law firms on adopting legal technology by leading consultative sales conversations, product demonstrations, customer trials, and rollout support.
What you'll do
- Partner with account executives to advise senior legal stakeholders, demonstrate products, and set up targeted trials.
- Guide customers from trial through rollout, including agreeing on success measures and supporting changes to workflows.
- Share customer insights with product, sales, and marketing teams and stay current on AI and legal technology trends.
What they ask for
- Experience at an AmLaw 250 firm or a large technology company.
- Prior work as a practising lawyer, associate, in-house counsel in a major practice area, or legal engineer.
- Juris Doctor degree; bar admission location does not matter and practice is not required.
- Working knowledge of legal doctrine, lawyers’ workflows, the local legal market, and professional vocabulary.
Nice to have
- Prior customer-facing experience in technology, advisory, sales, or similar roles.
