Leads mergers and acquisitions for investor-backed clients and advises them on day-to-day corporate legal matters.
What you'll do
- Run buy-side and sell-side transactions from diligence through closing, including preparing and negotiating deal and financing documents.
- Advise clients on routine corporate matters, including business entity formation and organization.
- Work closely with partners and advise investment funds and their portfolio companies in direct client interactions.

- Law firm background, including familiarity with billing and managing multiple client relationships.
