About the job
The first full-time designer will shape an AI-agent product experience from early concepts through launch and establish design practices as the team grows.
What you'll do
- Design user workflows and interfaces focused on trust, transparency, and user control when collaborating with AI agents.
- Partner with leadership and engineering to prototype in code and ship features from loosely defined problems.
- Create and maintain reusable components, conventions, and written design guidance.
