Own customer engagements for a national security technology services client, translating government customers’ needs into prioritized engineering work and leading teams through delivery.
What you'll do
- Manage customer engagements from kickoff through completion, coordinating with technical leads and engineers.
- Clarify and prioritize customer needs, communicate delivery requirements, and adjust plans to address obstacles or results.
- Build relationships with government stakeholders and relay field insights to product and engineering teams.
