Build and lead an independent quality function that reviews technical deliverables before delivery and helps prevent recurring defects.
What you'll do
- Review code and other technical content for accuracy, structure, and compliance with specifications; establish review workflows and standards.
- Work with delivery teams and infrastructure engineers to address defect patterns, coach contributors, and automate checks.
- Track and report quality metrics, root causes, and progress to operations and senior leadership.
