What you'll do
- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder implementations and manage customer relationships through launch.
- Translate customer workflows into technical requirements and plans with a Forward Deployed Engineer.
- Analyze outcomes and product usage, improve implementation processes, and coordinate with product, engineering, sales, and customer success.
