Senior Applied AI Engineer

What you'll do

• Build proofs of concept for AI in data-driven workflows and create automated systems to evaluate and improve model output.
• Explore generative video, synthetic people, and image and brand asset generation consistent with visual identities.
• Connect experimental work to practical customer and product uses, carrying projects from exploration through execution.

What they ask for

• History designing and growing server-side systems or sophisticated AI products, ideally from scratch.
• Evidence of advancement toward lead- or staff-level engineering responsibility at respected technology employers, and experience at fast-moving technology companies.
• Stable job history, with roles typically lasting about a year and a half or longer over the last four positions.
• Strong engineering skills in system architecture or probabilistic modeling, quantitative reasoning, product judgment, and a creative, experimental approach to LLM applications.

Nice to have

• Grounding in core machine learning and deep learning; experience in data science or training and fine-tuning models.
• Hands-on generative image or video experience; a computer science degree from a highly selective university.

Pay

USD 180,000 to 400,000 per year (base salary)
