Independently manage a caseload of civil disputes from early strategy through trial, collaborating with senior attorneys and keeping clients informed.
What you'll do
- Handle civil disputes involving property, construction, commercial, and related business matters through discovery, depositions, motions, and trial readiness.
- Develop case strategy with senior attorneys and provide regular, substantive client updates.
- Meet monthly billable-hour targets and explore opportunities to expand practice areas.
