Own end-to-end design for a core mortgage software product area, making complex financial workflows clear and trustworthy.
What you'll do
- Lead discovery, interaction design, high-fidelity Figma design, and delivery; run customer discovery and usability sessions.
- Design automation workflows, dense tables, high-stakes decision screens, and AI-native experiences with uncertainty, intervention, and error handling.
- Maintain Figma components and design-system assets, and work in or alongside code through prototyping or code contributions.
What they ask for
- 7+ years of hands-on product design experience, including end-to-end ownership of complex SaaS products.
- Startup or small-team product-shipping experience and experience collaborating within established product design teams.
- Portfolio with at least 2-3 detailed case studies demonstrating high-craft B2B workflow design and measurable impact; deep Figma proficiency.
- Active involvement in code or development-environment prototyping; formal degree; US residence, US time-zone availability, and domestic client travel availability.
