Establish and operate the company’s security and privacy function, combining hands-on security work with audit readiness and policies that support fast product development.
What you'll do
- Build and run a company-wide security program covering cloud environments, access, credentials, and data protection; define guardrails for automated agents and access to sensitive customer information.
- Lead compliance audit preparation and coordinate assessors, penetration testing, customer security reviews, and third-party tool evaluations.
- Develop security policies and communicate risk tradeoffs while keeping development moving.
