Senior Software Engineer

What you'll do

• Architect and deliver reliable, scalable, secure product capabilities and multi-step agent workflows connecting language models to services and data stores.
• Write Python for AI-driven business process automation and own features across design, deployment, and operation.
• Work with customers and colleagues to shape requirements and sales conversations, and help establish engineering standards and practices.

What they ask for

• 5+ years building software products; currently or most recently a hands-on engineer writing production code.
• History of releasing production software in a startup or similarly high-autonomy setting.
• Launched a production AI agent feature used by real end users; production backend experience in Python and front-end experience with TypeScript and React.
• Ability to design agent-based systems, including orchestration, tool use, evaluation, and error handling; willing to work in the office five days per week.

Nice to have

• Cloud and DevOps experience with AWS or Azure.
• Prior founding or early-stage startup engineering experience.

Pay

USD 180,000 to 280,000 per year (base salary)
