What you'll do
- Lead enterprise discovery, define customer problems, and build roadmaps and ROI-focused business cases with executive stakeholders.
- Own strategic engagements and commercial outcomes through deployment, adoption, and expansion, partnering with Forward Deployed Engineers on technical delivery.
- Share customer insights with product and engineering and create repeatable playbooks for the Applied AI function.
