What you'll do
- Lead SAFE, convertible note, and priced equity financings; advise on and draft deal documents.
- Prepare organizational documents and conduct transaction due diligence and risk analysis.
- Manage client relationships, guide junior lawyers, collaborate with paralegals, and help bring in new work.
