Software Engineer

What you'll do

• Design and run evaluations to identify and address shortcomings in automated AI systems.
• Build AI capabilities such as tool integrations, context handling, memory, and multi-step workflows; analyze logs and experiment results.
• Work with customers and subject-matter experts to ship and maintain fixes, and convert successful experiments into production software.

What they ask for

• Experience shipping and operating live software in Python and a typed JavaScript language.
• Practical exposure to LLM-powered systems, including coordination, observability, and serving at scale.
• Comfort working directly with customers to clarify needs and deliver technical solutions.
• A bachelor's-level technical degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or a related field from a highly regarded school; prior time at a demanding technology company or AI startup.

Nice to have

• Curiosity about or exposure to chip design, semiconductors, or hardware-software systems.

Pay

USD 180,000 to 350,000 per year (base salary)
