Build and scale the infrastructure and tools behind an expert marketplace, from acquisition and onboarding through matching and internal operations.
What you'll do
- Create outreach, assessment, interviewing, and onboarding systems, and build tools for expert profiles, availability, and project staffing.
- Automate growth and operations workflows; instrument funnels and resolve bottlenecks with internal users.
- Develop recommendation and matching capabilities as the platform grows.
