Owns post-sales technical implementations for an enterprise software client, from discovery and planning through integrations, testing, go-live, and handoff.
What you'll do
- Scope customer workflows, configure integrations, troubleshoot APIs and data flows, and support data migrations.
- Manage concurrent deployments through testing and launch, coordinating with sales, customer success, product, and engineering.
- Build reusable implementation playbooks and onboarding templates; travel to customer locations.
