Own full-cycle technical hiring for an AI technology company, building recruiting systems and partnering with leaders to define roles, source candidates, and close hires.
What you'll do
- Recruit across software engineering, infrastructure, applied AI, and product engineering; build outbound sourcing pipelines.
- Partner with leadership on role calibration, interviews, and closing strategy.
- Provide a high-touch candidate experience and develop recruiting workflows, templates, and talent market maps.
