What you'll do
- Lead customer integrations and deployment work, including APIs, data pipelines, hardware/software interfaces, and security-sensitive setups.
- Troubleshoot customer systems, prototype field solutions, and translate operational observations into technical requirements for engineering.
- Travel onsite with customers and prospects to support deployments, validate product value, and inform product development.
