About the job
Design, operate, and improve Recharge’s cloud-native infrastructure platform, including reliability, production troubleshooting, and incident response.
What you'll do
- Design, maintain, and support infrastructure components and operational runtime; implement technologies and document them.
- Troubleshoot production and performance issues, meet maintenance obligations, and improve engineering standards, tooling, and processes.
- Participate in a 24x7 weekly on-call rotation, owning incident response and postmortems; apply AI to improve team productivity.
