What you'll do
- Set standards and develop metrics and offline evaluation methods for ranking and recommendation quality.
- Design and analyze relevance experiments, including causal and ecosystem-level effects, and translate findings into product recommendations.
- Partner with ML and product teams, mentor data scientists, and influence Consumer strategy.
