Own the vision and roadmap for Reddit’s Ads ML platform, building infrastructure and tools that help teams develop and deploy advertising models more quickly and reliably.
What you'll do
- Set platform strategy and roadmap, including adoption of Generative AI and LLM workflows.
- Develop tools and infrastructure that accelerate model training, deployment, and iteration; lead cross-functional prioritization and adoption.
- Research user pain points and track platform reliability, latency, cost-efficiency, usage, and developer productivity.
