Troubleshoots technical issues with Reddit Ads app-install campaigns and integrations, advising advertisers and coordinating improvements across internal teams.
What you'll do
- Investigate and resolve campaign, measurement, API, integration, and account issues from intake through resolution.
- Advise advertisers and partners on implementation, measurement, and platform use; support feature testing and share feedback with Product and Engineering.
- Document troubleshooting guidance and process improvements, and participate in an on-call rotation.
