Educates and collaborates with customers to design Redis-powered solutions and lead technical evaluations that address their business and database needs.
What you'll do
- Help customers meet technology and business requirements using Redis products, solutions, and services; understand and verify their use cases.
- Work with customer technical teams to deliver successful POCs and pilots, and present Redis’s capabilities and business impact.
- Collaborate with Sales on account strategies and opportunities, and relay customer feedback to Product Management and R&D.
