About the job
Deploys and customizes Reducto’s document-processing products for enterprise customers, builds prototypes and evaluation tools, and feeds customer needs into product and engineering direction.
What you'll do
- Build evaluation applications, customized agents, and product modifications to deliver customer value.
- Work with Sales, Customer Success, and customers to support sales, deployment, and customer success.
- Create diagnostics, dashboards, and evaluation harnesses, and communicate customer feedback to product and engineering teams.
