About the job
Build and own Reducto’s data infrastructure, pipelines, models, and reliability standards, and provide trusted business metrics across the company.
What you'll do
- Own core data systems and set the direction for the data stack, orchestration, and transformation.
- Build pipelines unifying product usage, sales, and finance data; model it into documented, reliable tables.
- Partner with Engineering, Finance, Operations, and GTM on usage data and business metrics.

- Strong command of SQL, Python, and dbt, with experience using a cloud warehouse such as Snowflake.
- Experience building and owning production data pipelines end to end.
- Able to work with functional leaders to translate requests into deliverables and manage priorities and tradeoffs.

- Experience as a first or founding data hire, or at an early-stage or high-growth startup.
- Hands-on experience with Fivetran, Dagster, or Airflow; familiarity with usage-based pricing, consumption models, or PLG-plus-sales-assisted funnels.
