About the job
Leads product engineering for Reducto’s document workflow products, shaping product direction and quality while initially contributing hands-on as an engineer.
What you'll do
- Work with founders, product teams, and customers to define products and how they are built.
- Design user interfaces and prototype and deliver features such as form filling, translations, document editing, and classification.
- Recruit product engineers, define AI use in the building process, and coordinate model and deployment rollouts with Platform and ML teams.
