About the job
Own and improve the infrastructure behind Reducto’s core API and document-processing platform, focusing on scale, reliability, latency, and cost.
What you'll do
- Scale core API and document-processing pipelines for higher throughput and lower latency, and reduce infrastructure and model-serving costs.
- Improve Kubernetes and container deployment workflows, observability, alerting, operational safety, internal tooling, evaluations, and debugging workflows.
- Partner with ML and backend engineers on production model-serving paths and lead platform/backend projects.

- Hands-on experience with distributed systems, Kubernetes or similar orchestration, cloud infrastructure, observability, and incident-driven reliability work.
