About the job
Enables enterprise customers to adopt Reducto’s document platform through technical sales support, integrations, and customer-driven product feedback.
What you'll do
- Demonstrate product capabilities through customer-specific demos and proof-of-concepts; advise on system architecture and data flows.
- Write scripts or code, including API calls, connectors, and dashboards, to help customers use Reducto’s products.
- Work with customers, GTM, support, and engineering teams to identify improvements and shape product direction.
