About the job
Enable enterprise customers to adopt Reducto by delivering technical demos and proof-of-concepts, advising on integrations, and translating customer needs into product improvements.
What you'll do
- Demonstrate product capabilities through customer-specific demos and proof-of-concepts; advise on system architecture and data flows for integrations.
- Write scripts or code, such as API calls, connectors, and dashboards, to help customers use Reducto products.
- Collaborate with customers, GTM, support, and engineering to identify improvements and inform product direction.
