What you'll do
- Lead, mentor, schedule, and assign work to electromechanical maintenance technicians.
- Diagnose and oversee repairs, preventive maintenance, inspections, and equipment replacements.
- Enforce safety protocols, support audits and investigations, and coordinate maintenance projects with other teams.
