Leads continuous improvement and production engineering projects across pilot and commercial manufacturing lines, including capital equipment implementation, process transition, and troubleshooting.

- Transition processes and equipment into manufacturing, create work instructions, and train personnel.
- Analyze process data, resolve production issues, and drive improvements in safety, quality, and cost.
