Serves as second-in-command to the Senior Production Manager, leading operational programs and supporting day-to-day plant operations on the floor.
What you'll do
- Manage operations procurement and vendor relationships, keeping spending and cost centers on track.
- Lead operations projects and continuous improvement, coordinating cross-functional teams and tracking scope, schedule, and budget.
- Own operator training and operational administration; coach shift leaders and act for the Senior Production Manager when needed.
