Sources and engages qualified candidates for Redwood Materials’ critical technical and operational roles, owning search strategy and the top of the recruiting funnel.
What you'll do
- Build search strategies and market maps with recruiters and hiring managers; set and report weekly sourcing goals.
- Find, engage, screen, and hand off passive candidates, using personalized outreach and multiple sourcing channels.
- Maintain pipeline records and performance data in Greenhouse, flag market issues, and share sourcing practices with the team.

Pay
