Manages maintenance spare-parts inventory, procurement, supplier coordination, and material readiness for production, maintenance, and engineering.
What you'll do
- Manage spare-parts and consumables inventory, including critical stock levels, records, and inventory accuracy.
- Create and expedite purchase orders, coordinate supplier deliveries, and handle RMAs, warranty claims, and returns.
- Ensure materials are ready for planned maintenance and report inventory, procurement, and storeroom performance.
What they ask for
- 2+ years of experience in maintenance inventory management, MRO procurement, warehouse operations, or related industrial environments.
- Experience with CMMS, ERP, or inventory management systems.
- Strong understanding of industrial spare parts, equipment, and maintenance practices.
