Bridges Redwood’s BESS product design and field teams, translating deployment and service needs into product improvements and validating that products are practical to install and maintain.
What you'll do
- Translate field feedback into design requirements and help prioritize changes that reduce installation costs, installation time, and service burden.
- Develop and execute installability and serviceability tests, procedures, tools, and equipment with engineering, EPC, and service teams.
- Support field deployments and service events to diagnose issues and inform design improvements.
