Own full-cycle recruiting for construction, engineering, and related roles, partnering with leaders on role design and hiring strategy.
What you'll do
- Lead senior, niche, and first-of-their-kind searches across construction, engineering, procurement, and compliance.
- Partner with vice presidents and hiring managers on roles, organizational structures, and leveling before requisitions open.
- Build and adapt sourcing strategies, manage searches from intake through offer, and coordinate with the operations recruiting team.

- Full-cycle recruiting experience in construction, engineering, energy, manufacturing, mining, or another heavy industry.
- Experience recruiting for EPC projects, BESS, or utility-scale infrastructure.
- Working knowledge of an applicant tracking system such as Greenhouse.
- Ability to work onsite in Northern Nevada and travel to project sites as needed.
