Own and scale Redwood Materials’ internship program across Nevada and South Carolina, expanding it into co-op and new-grad hiring.
What you'll do
- Plan and manage the program’s headcount, budget, calendar, university partnerships, and full intern lifecycle.
- Design the intern experience, train and calibrate managers, and oversee conversion decisions.
- Track program metrics and partner with Legal, HR Operations, and Communications on work authorization, workflows, and employer branding.
