Builder - Senior Software Engineer, AI

What you'll do

• Design memory and retrieval systems, evaluation systems, and AI-driven interfaces.
• Train, deploy, and improve models, including fine-tuning and reinforcement learning, and build the data workflows behind them.
• Develop production agent infrastructure and sandboxed code-execution environments with monitoring and quality assurance.

What they ask for

• 5+ years of software engineering experience and a track record of building and shipping production AI/ML systems.
• Strong expertise in LLMs, RAG, vector databases, embeddings, and semantic search.
• Hands-on experience with prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and evaluating AI systems.
• Experience deploying and monitoring production AI systems, with working knowledge of AI safety practices.

Nice to have

• Depth in memory and retrieval, agentic code execution and sandboxing, production-data evaluation, model training, or production agent infrastructure.
