Own the design, process development, and production of lightweight deployable composite structures, from CAD through flight hardware.
What you'll do
- Develop and optimize laminate schedules, cure cycles, layup processes, tooling, and inspection methods.
- Run experiments and resolve manufacturing or structural issues while improving quality, repeatability, and yield.
- Establish manufacturing controls and work with technicians and engineering teams on fabrication and process improvement.
