What you'll do
- Resolve or escalate employee IT support requests and diagnose connectivity issues across Windows, macOS, and Linux.
- Configure devices; manage user onboarding, offboarding, and account access across company services.
- Maintain IT documentation, assets, equipment, inventory, and vendor or hardware repair coordination.
