Provides hands-on service desk and IT operations support at Relativity Space’s Stennis launch facilities, maintaining end-user devices and site technology while improving support workflows.
What you'll do
- Manage service desk operations, tickets, and technical support at the Stennis site.
- Troubleshoot desktop, user experience, system, and network connectivity issues; deploy and maintain endpoint devices and infrastructure.
- Document and develop scalable solutions to reduce repetitive requests and improve IT service delivery.
