Leads site accounting and financial controls for a manufacturing plant, partnering with site leadership to ensure accurate results and support the transition to repeatable, rate-based production.
What you'll do
- Lead plant accounting and close activities, including manufacturing costs, inventory, fixed assets, capital projects, reconciliations, accruals, and reporting.
- Own cost accounting, including standard costs, labor and overhead, work in process, inventory valuation, and production variance analysis.
- Strengthen plant financial controls and accounting processes, partner across business functions, and develop the site accounting team.
